Order Processing Times:
Please allow for 1–3 business days to process and dispatch your order after it is placed. An order is considered as dispatched when it is handed off to our shipping carrier and is currently in transit to your address of choice. During peak times and holidays, our processing times may extend up to 7 business days.
Estimated Shipping Times:
The estimated delivery time of your package refers to the transit time after your order has been dispatched to the carrier. This depends mainly on your location.

Please note that during peak times and holidays, shipping carriers may experience delays in transit time and tracking updates outside of our control.
Order Changes and Accurate Shipping Details:
It is the responsibility of the customer to ensure that the shipping details are accurate and complete at checkout. Incorrect details may cause delays or cancellations.
If our system detects an issue, we will contact you within 3 business days. If we don’t receive a reply, we may cancel the order.
If you notice an error, email us at colornumbersue@gmail.com within 24 hours of placing your order. We’ll try to help, but changes aren’t guaranteed after that.
Delayed Delivery:
Delays may happen due to factors outside our control (weather, courier issues, etc.). We will do our best to assist and keep you updated.
Painting-Numbers is not liable for delays caused by external factors.
Lost or Stolen Packages:
If your package is lost or stolen, contact us at colornumbersue@gmail.com.
We also recommend contacting the courier to file a claim. While we are not responsible, we will help where possible and may offer a replacement depending on the situation.
