At Painting-Numbers, we are committed to providing you with products that help you relax, reduce stress, and create beautiful artwork easily, even if you have no painting experience. We recommend using our kits for at least 14 days before considering a return.

Cancellation Policy

Any changes or cancellations must be made within 24 hours of placing the order. After this time, your order may already be in processing.

If you cancel within 24 hours, your refund will be processed within 7 business days.

We are confident in our products and encourage you to try them for at least 14 days.

If you are still not satisfied, you may return your item after 14 days, within the 60-day guarantee period.

• Your Order Number, or

• The Name and Email used for the order

 

Damaged Items

We carefully package all orders to prevent damage.

An item is considered damaged if it is defective or physically broken. Damaged packaging alone is not considered damage.

If your item arrives damaged, contact us within 72 hours at colornumbersue@gmail.com with a clear photo.

If eligible, we will send a free replacement.

We do not cover damage caused by normal use, wear and tear, or misuse.

 

Shipping and Delivery

We are not responsible for delays caused by couriers, customs, or other external factors.

We are also not responsible for lost, stolen, or delayed packages.

 

Incorrect Shipping Address

Customers must ensure their shipping address is correct at checkout.

If not corrected within 24 hours, we cannot offer a resend or refund.
